Hellenic LED Industry was founded by a group of dedicated scientists with passion and
knowledge for lighting. Our company's target is providing our customers with the best
possible energy saving solutions for exterior and interior lighting. HLED is active from
2014 in the domain of lighting studies, manufacturing and trading of LED luminaires.
Scientific approach together with energy saving of the services and products that we
offer makes the two founding principles of our company's goals and objectives. With our
specialized in lighting staff and partners, our company aims in presenting the
advantages of LED lighting compared to the old type luminaires to the customer in the
best possible way using detailed and complete lighting studies.

LED Luminaires
During the last decade LED technology has evolved in such a way that LED
luminaires have become so efficient that they can replace the already
existing lighting technologies not only indoor but also in high wattage
outdoor solutions such as highways, urban areas even in Stadiums.
Every LED luminaire consists of the following parts:
• Drivers, responsible to provide the correct current
• Die – cast aluminum housing either with Glass or Polycarbonate
cover
• PCB platform where LED chips are mounted
• Lenses on top of LEDs
Energy Saving Solutions
LED luminaires provide great energy saving up to 60-70% compared to previous
technology. Especially for Street light, when replacing an old type of luminaire
with a new LED one, there are plenty of options in order to optimize energy
saving:
Our certified personnel, responsible for photometric simulations Mr. Eric
Bollnert can provide solutions for outdoor, indoor, street and tunnel
lighting.
Quality Control
During the last 5 years we managed to sell more than 4000 luminaires all over
Greece with much success because we focus on customer care and quality. During
manufacturing and before every shipping of the luminaires, our specialized
personnel, is sending a detailed report to ensure quality is at its highest
level and ensure technical features are as needed for the final customer. Also
in case a luminaire malfunctions, we replace it as soon as possible and the
faulty is being analysed and repaired by our technicians.
In order to ensure the desired efficiency and quality of the luminaires supplied
we are able to send samples to the National Technical University of Athens to
run all the relative type tests and receive complete reports.
